Hair Growth Tea

  • 2 tbsp Rosemary – stimulates circulation to the scalp

  • 2 tbsp Peppermint Leaf – invigorates follicles and promotes growth

  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds – helps reduce shedding and breakage

  • Spring or Purified Water – for vitamins and hydration

Directions

  1. Boil 2 cup of water.

  2. Remove from heat and add all your herbs.

  3. Cover and steep for 30–45 minutes (the longer, the stronger).

  4. Strain and store in a glass jar or spray bottle.

  5. Use within 5–7 days (keep refrigerated)

How To Use

  • Tea rinse: After shampooing, pour it over your scalp and hair. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before conditioning.

  • Leave-in spray: Lightly mist your scalp and hair every other day.

(It can lead to buildup, so it's essential to rinse thoroughly.)

Slow method: Store in a warm, sunny spot for 2–4 weeks, shaking occasionally.

Quick method: Heat gently on low (using a double boiler or slow cooker) for 2–3 hours — don’t let it boil.

  3. Once infused, strain the oil through cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer.

    Add essential oils (optional)
