Natural Remedies and Herbs to Improve your Reproductive System Naturally: Plant Based Alternative to Women's Health
Whether you have PCOS, PMS symptoms, endometriosis, menopause, infertility or other reproductive concerns, this can a journey to improvement. If you experience heavy periods, reducing that can be as simple as altering your diet.
I experienced heavy periods for years until I made changes to my lifestyle, mindset, and diet. I endured cramps during the first few years of my menstrual cycle. One day, I was at summer camp and I saw my friend stretching. I asked her "Why are you stretching?" She told me "It helps stop my period cramps". I started to stretch regularly, especially when I knew my period was right around the corner and I am now 29 and haven't experienced cramps since then. Thank you Dior.

My Journey
My journey began January 15,2024. I began taking 2 particular types of herbal capsules, which were dandelion leaf/root capsules and my herbal blends, Women's BearthRight capsules, Beet Anemia capsules. It was more like a challenge than a journey because I abstained from a lot of the things I love. My period at the time was heavy for the first few days, then lighter on the last 4 days. My entire cycle lasted 7 days 🙄 So annoying. I consumed a lot less processed sugar. Instead, I ate nature's candy, FRUIT and abstained from food for a certain amount of time after waking up. This was only 2 weeks before my next period started. I wasn't expecting to see significant results, but ultimately, I saw a big reduction in the heavy bleeding and my cycle went from 7 days, down to 5 days. I also began eating more leafy greens specifically beet root leaves and dandelion leaves. After maintaining the same routine for approximately 60 days, I noticed improved outcomes with each menstrual cycle. Currently, my periods are lighter and have a duration of four days. Your journey does not have to look like mine, but these are simple lifestyle changes that can be done at your own discretion.
